The Euro championship is heating up, with teams going into their final group games on Sunday. Aside from that, we look at some buzzing transfer news, with teams wrapping up deals and clubs eyeing potential additions to their squads.

Olise dumps Chelsea for Bayern

Chelsea target Michael Olise has confirmed he will not be signing for any Premier League side when he leaves Crystal Palace this summer.

The Frenchman is away in camp with the French U21 team going to the Olympics, and he has agreed personal terms with Bayern Munich on an initial five-year deal that would cost the Bavarians £45 million, which is Olise’s release clause.

Ian Maatsen joins Villa from Chelsea.

There’s a merry-go-round going on between Chelsea, Aston Villa, and Everton, which you suspect must be their way of beating the financial fair play rules.

Ian Maatsen, currently with the Dutch national team in the ongoing Euro championship, is on the verge of joining Aston Villa from Chelsea for a fee of £37 million. He will undergo medicals in Germany before his unveiling later this week.

Real Madrid’s Nacho joins the Saudi contingent.

Real Madrid’s Champions League-winning captain Nacho has joined Saudi professional league side Al Qadsiah on a two-year deal after leaving the European champions on a free transfer last month.

After leading the La Liga giants to the European title, it was always clear that he would not renew his contract with Real Madrid, and he has now joined former teammates Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi professional league.

Juve trades players for Douglas Luiz and cash.

Italian giants Juventus have swapped two youth prodigies, Iling Biling Jr. and Enzo Barranechea, with Aston Villa, plus the sum of €28 million for Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz.

It’s been a long-standing negotiation with Juventus, keen on the Villa man who was scouted by many top European clubs, including Barcelona and Arsenal. The two young lads from Juventus are currently undergoing medicals with Villa ahead of their transfer confirmation.

Artem Dovbyk to Milan?

Girona FC's top officials have resigned to the fate that their top striker, Artem Dovbyk, will be prized away this summer with a release clause of only €40 million.

The Ukrainian has been linked to the likes of AC Milan and Juventus, and with Joshua Zirkzee's signing proving difficult for AC Millan, Dovbyk might be the easier option. They will not hesitate to snap him up once the Euros conclude.
