About the Activity
Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Organization Development team
- Assist the team in maintain latest update of Job Spesification and Job Description
- Assist the team in conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
- Assist the team in the preparation of organizational structures in the system
- Participate in organizational development projects
- Do administrative activities such as filing documents and other correspondence
What you'll need to Success:
- Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
- Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
- Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java.
